You can order online now from our brand new menu, which includes all our favourite cakes and bakes of the moment, or visit our shop in the central market where we bake fresh cupcakes and cakes daily.

We bake exclusively with the very best ingredients available, including free range eggs, Jersey Milk and Butter, Tate & Lyle sugars and Callebaut chocolate.
Tried and tested Recipes
Our cakes are filled, layered, swirled, piped and drizzled. We love trying new recipes and techniques and there's little we won't do in search of cake perfection. That's why we make every addition to our cakes and cupcakes - meringues, curds, sauces, macarons, caramels and more - from scratch in house, and why every cake is baked and decorated fresh to order.
French Trained Pastry Chefs
We've worked hard to create our tiny team of 5 cake-obsessed individuals who are passionate about what they make and the service they provide. Our cake makers are professionally trained in house by our Head chef, Kirstie who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2016.

Our Patisserie at La Colomberie with seating for 30 people is open six days a week, and we are always happy to stop for a chat.
