
Join our team of French trained pastry chefs for an evening of cake decorating.
Master the basics of creating one of our little 5" vintage style cakes. We'll demonstrate everything from, how we soak, fill and assemble our cakes, how to achieve a super smooth sharp edge buttercream iced cake, to hand piping intricate decorative borders.
This class will be run by two of our pastry chefs who will demonstrate each section of the class before assisting you to achieve the same result. The cake you create will be boxed in one of our little clear cake boxes for you to take home and enjoy, or simply admire!
A fruity mocktail and some sweet snacks will be provided.
Due to the nature of the business we are only permitted to allow students aged 16 or over to take part in our classes. Each class will hold a maximum of 12 students to 2 chefs.
Please checkout on this item with the collection date of the class. The time you select at the checkout will not be the time of the class. Please be aware that the class is a set time of 5:30pm.
