Our take on the middle eastern Baklava. A crunchy encasing made from pistachio, walnut, almond and kadayif. A honey sponge cake layer topped with a smooth and creamy honey no bake cheesecake, filled with a kadayif pistachio cream centre and topped with more pistachio cream.
